1Where is Legendary Japanese Imports LLC based?
We are based out of Michigan in the United States.
2Are all items from Japan?
All items are from Japan UNLESS stated otherwise.
3Do you sell any bootlegs?
Never. You receive a 100% authentic item.
4Do you accept returns/refunds?
We do accept returns if the item is damaged in the post. Photographic evidence is needed to determine if you will receive a refund.
5What happens if I never receive my package?
Tracking is provided with every package. Once the package is shipped it is unfortunately out of our hands.
6Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, we’re not responsible for customs/taxes in your country.
7How long does it take for my package to ship?
We ship out every week. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays.
8Do you have a physical store?
Not at this moment. We do conventions on occasion, however.
9I changed my mind, may I cancel?
We do not accept cancellations.
10If my item is sent back, do I have to repay for shipping?
Yes, you do have to pay for shipping if your order is shipped back. Please make sure all your information is up to date and correct.
11Are payment plans allowed?
We allow payment plans on $300+ private orders through our special request form only.
12Will you hold X item for me? I get paid soon!
No. Unfortunately our kindness in allowing holds has been abused. We apologize for the inconvenience.
13My Korean order is taking FOREVER to arrive. Why?
We apologize for the delays of Korean orders. Unlike our Japanese products, Korean products tend to be harder to get in due to the regulations.
