Special Request Form

Hey Pokefam! I’ve had a lot of people ask if we can order special items from Japan, Korea, etc. for them. I’m happy to announce, we can! If you’re looking for something specific please let us know and we can do our best to find it for you!

We do charge a commission fee of $5 per item.

In your message please include the character, brand, country of which you wish it to be from, and your price range. If you know the specific name of an item (i.e. Pokémon Sanei Gengar) please include that as well.

Example:
Character: Eevee
Brand: Banpresto
Country: Japan
Price Range: $1-$150 USD.

Once we discover your items and you confirm you want them, there will be 2 payments.

Payment 1 will be for the items total cost plus the commission fee.
Payment 2 will be for shipping from us to you.

Please know this service will take 3-5 business days to process. In the case we’re unable to find your item, we will keep your interest in our documents and continue to search for you if you so choose.

REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ALL SALES FINAL.
